The University of Maryland held its 2025 Main Commencement ceremony on its rescheduled date of Thursday, May 22, 2025, for Summer 2024, Winter 2024, and Spring 2025 graduates, featuring world-renowned speaker, Kermit the Frog. The processional began at 6 p.m.
