Continued Buyer of this water. More refreshing than other water products and actually feel better after drinking. Just got over a very sick stomach virus and the only thing that started to keep me from throwing up was drinking 2/3 of a can of this water. It is an almost certainty that at first you will just think it’s plain water. This product is amazing. The effects are subtle and take time to materialize but I was only drinking 1 can a day and went through one case, and half the time my kids would steal half the can from and drink. After a few days I noticed my sleep was improving so By that i mean i was waking up more rested as opposed to typically feeling tired or not rested upon waking up. My energy levels seemed more sustained throughout the day and my mood was better. Can't imagine what 2-3 cans a day would do but will definitely be re-ordering. Have been using these before and after my workouts. My energy level has been solid through my training and my recovery has never felt so strong.
