Community Guidelines

As sports fans, we are all naturally part of a huge community. While our fandoms differ from city to city and team to team, we all enjoy getting together to discuss our favorite teams, our starting fantasy lineups and really anything that gets us fired up to chat about the big plays, the locker room drama, and all the buzz that makes the sports world spin.

Bleacher Report is your go to spot for all things sports, where we keep the chatter focused on the game, not the noise. So, bring your A-game, keep it sports centered, and let’s make the conversation as thrilling as a last-second buzzer-beater. We encourage vibrant discussions and heated dialogues. After all, we at Bleacher Report are no different than you—we take sports very seriously. With that said, we ask that you respect others and abide by our guidelines.

Bleacher Report isn’t a place for explicit, abusive, harmful, hateful, violent, or disruptive content or behavior. We want our guidelines to be easy to follow and we’ll do our best to consistently and fairly enforce these guidelines.

Our playbook below helps our team keep the spotlight on what matters, sports! If your content or account strays from sports, we might bench it or show it the door. These rules apply to everything you post or comment on Bleacher Report. So, keep it clean, keep it fun, and most importantly, keep it about the game!

We may take a number of steps, including issuing a warning, suspension, removing the content, or removing and/or banning the accounts responsible if you are in violation of these guidelines.

Our Moderation team is here to make sure the conversation stays enjoyable and respectful for everyone. Keep in mind that what you post is visible to the community and recorded by our service providers for moderation, safety, and to help us improve your experience. By sharing your thoughts here, you're agreeing to these practices to keep the focus on what we all love, sports.
