tlstunnel 0.4.0 contains the following changes:

• A new tls.client_auth directive has been added to customize client certificate authentication.
• The tls.load directive is now supported outside of frontend blocks.
• Inside frontend blocks, tls.load now ensures that certificates are valid for all addresses.
