Is the battery security screw really necessary?
I’m just wondering because it makes battery removal and replacement a touch more involved and doesn’t seem to serve a true security purpose to my mind. No one is going to remove the battery to avoid being captured by the video since they would be videoed during the entire process. So what is the pur

Misleading claim
When I click on MyPlans it says up to 180 days of storage but when I go in the control center it says 60 days and I cannot select any time longer. This is fraud!

When i purchased plans i was under the impression (it’s listed under my account info) that i had 180 days of storage for videos recorded that would be saved & was just told by your rep that i had to go in & physically change it from 60 days to 180 days which is unacceptable.
