I work on the boundaries of villages in Pondicherry and neighboring Tamil Nadu. I have created the boundary SHP but I have a problem with the village of Vadanur. This village is counted in both Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry state with a very different population. Are you familiar with this situation? Which state is this village ultimately attached to?
Vadanur Tamil Nadu : ID = 632946 ; inhabitants = 2689
Vadanur Pondi UT : ID = 644933 ; inhabitants = 4 925
