Remove explicit use of eventlet
Networking-baremetal, as an ML2 plugin, can't really migrate off eventlet on it's own. This removes all explicit mention and use of eventlet, which should mean once it's host process is rid of eventlet, so will we. Change-Id: I31e3275a7db39b51f585a50ad71d5f7c8696dd4b
