I am beholden enough to linear(-ish) git history that I reset and then pulled your four commits as cherries. So it looks a little different (and cleaner now) but tthe commits are all there. In case anyone had a checkout they need to reset and and repull. In hindsight I should have squash-merged but we had not done this here so ... Anyway. |

I left the placeholder for
ServiceDescriptor_method_countsince I reckon that's pretty easy to implement, I just haven't bothered staring long enough at the macros yet :)
