I used it regularly in QS2. It is also useful here, because ‘Exceeded the limit of actions that can be performed in a given span of time’ errors need to be rerun immediately rather than creating a new batch for them. Besides, I can fix problems in items that prevent edits and then rerun the caused errors to get everything done - this is also a common practice on QS2.
