Fix sh4 build and disable broken flavour

We currently have an FTBFS on sh4 buildds due to an increase in memory required by xz. Fix this by using gzip compression instead.

We have also been building broken images for the sh7785lcr flavour for nearly 2 years. As this is a low priority for porters, disable it until and unless a working configuration can be found.
