Needing targets for new QB Peyton Manning, the Broncos have signed former Bengals free-agent WR Andre Caldwell to a two-year deal. Jason Cole of Yahoo! Sports first reported the deal, with financial terms not given.
Caldwell played the first four years of his career with the Bengals, starting 14 games in that time span. He has 124 career receptions for 1,172 yards, along with six touchdowns.
The Broncos lost Eddie Royal to the Chargers in free agency, so Caldwell could become Denver's third wide receiver, depending on what else the team does this offseason.
