Manage Your Purchases

You can view, renew, or cancel your subscriptions and update payment methods directly from your WordPress.com account. In this guide, you’ll learn how to manage all your purchases without contacting support.

View Your Purchases

To view all the purchases you have made on WordPress.com, take the following steps:

1. Click on your profile at https://wordpress.com/me.
2. On the side, select the Purchases menu option:

3. Under the “Active Upgrades” tab, you’ll find a list of all your current subscriptions on WordPress.com. This will include plans, domains, email, add-ons, and any other purchases you have made with us. You can:
   • Click on the Billing History tab to view past purchases.
   • Click on the Payment Methods tab to manage your forms of payment.
